How long does it take for my product to be sent?
Our belts are made by hand. These are exclusive products. They are individually manufactured one by one according to the customer's wishes. The manufacture of each can take between 5 and 10 days. Your order is processed after validation of payment. When the belt is ready, it is sent within 48 working hours. For purchases in Montreal, once the product is finished, we offer a delivery service the next day at a cost of $25.00. The delivery hours are as follows: from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
How to describe the tailor-made belts service?
You create your own belt: choice of leather, choice of stones, etc. All according to your exact measurements.
As a result, items made to order will have an estimated delivery time of 4 weeks. They will not be refundable and will be shipped separately from each other and any other items ordered.
Can I return a product that does not suit me?
You have a period of 10 days after receipt of your order to return your package for a product exchange, only in the event that there has been a manufacturing problem. Please note that damaged or deteriorated packages will not be accepted.

How do I take care of my YOSELEVITZ belt?
Yoselevitz belts are handmade, made from high-end leather, stones and precious metals, chosen for their aesthetic quality and originality. In order to preserve their shine, it is recommended to pay particular attention to them and to handle them with delicacy. It is best to avoid exposing your belt to strong heat: temperature variations could irreversibly damage the leather, metal and stones. The chemical ingredients contained in cosmetics or household products as well as the use of corrosive products are harmful to certain stones, metals and even leather.
How do I preserve the beauty of my YOSELEVITZ belt?
It is recommended to avoid prolonged contact between your light-colored leather belt and dark clothing in order to preserve it from potential color transfer. Conversely, dark colored leathers can migrate onto lighter textile materials. However, this is only the dust that the suede (inner layer of the leather) might leave; this can be removed simply by shaking it a little or brushing gently with a sponge, cloth or fine-bristle brush.
Do not expose the leather to light (natural or artificial) or to humidity for a long time. YOSELEVITZ performs multiple tests of its materials for their resistance to climatic conditions as well as to friction. However, if the item comes in contact with water, dry it immediately by blotting the leather with an absorbent, lint-free cloth. Also avoid any contact or friction with materials that could alter the color of the leather. Maintenance or cleaning products (cream, wax, waterproofing product, etc.) can irreversibly alter the finish of the leather.
It is recommended that items be kept and transported individually in their original pouch and preferably best stored when not in use. Ideally they should be kept out of direct light and moisture in a dark, dry place, hung up or fully stretched out so they maintain their shape year after year.
